30-Day Easy Returns

We truly want you and your pup to love every ArtisanUni piece. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item meets the following conditions:

  • Original Condition: The item must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
  • Indoor Try-Ons Only: It has only been lightly tried on indoors to check the fit.
  • Clean & Pristine: Free of stains, strong odors, outdoor dirt, or excessive pet hair.
  • Complete Packaging: Includes all original tags and packaging intact.

We completely understand that pet sizing can be tricky—a gentle try-on at home is absolutely okay! 🐶 If you are ever unsure about sizing, feel free to email us before placing your order—we are always happy to help you find the perfect size. 🐾

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, items showing visible wear, damage, or excessive pet hair will not be eligible for a return unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure high hygiene standards and preserve quality, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized & Custom Products: Custom engraved tags, custom size/color made-to-order pieces once production has started.
  • Clearance & Final Sale Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" or bought during clearance promotions.
  • Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift card purchases.

Return Shipping Costs & Exchanges

  • Return Shipping Fees: For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Trackable Shipping: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package without a valid tracking number.
  • Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Need a Different Size? (Fastest Exchange Method)
Because our popular sizes sell out quickly, the fastest way to get the right size is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know within 5 business days of delivery.

Send photos or a short video along with your order number to our team, and we will happily make it right by issuing a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Start a Return

STEP 1

Contact Us

Email us at support@theartisanuni.com with your order number, photo of the item, and reason for return.

STEP 2

Receive Authorization & Instructions

Our support team will review your request and provide you with the return warehouse address and guided instructions.

STEP 3

Ship It Back

Carefully pack the item in its original condition and ship it back to us using a trackable courier service.

STEP 4

Inspection & Refund

Once received and inspected (1–3 business days), your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the transaction.
