30-Day Easy Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item meets the following conditions:
- Original Condition:The item must be unwashed, unworn, and unaltered.
- Indoor Try-Ons Only: It has only been lightly tried on indoors to check the fit.
- Clean & Pristine: Free of stains, strong odors, outdoor dirt, or excessive pet hair.
- Complete Packaging:Includes all original tags and packaging.
We completely understand that sizing can be tricky—a gentle try‑on at home is absolutely okay! 🐶 If you're ever unsure about the fit, feel free to email us before placing your order—we’re always happy to help you find the perfect size. 🐾
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, items showing visible wear, damage, or excessive pet hair will not be eligible for a return unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Return Shipping Costs
- For non‑defective returns and size exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know within 5 business days of delivery. Send a photo or a short video along with your order number to support@artisanuni.net, and we’ll happily make it right at no extra cost to you.

How to Start a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at support@artisanuni.net with your order details and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Receive Instructions
Our team will provide you with the return address and guided instructions.
Step 3: Ship It Back
Carefully pack the item and ship it back to us using a trackable courier service.
Step 4: Inspection & Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to complete and reflect the transaction. You will receive a confirmation email the moment your refund is processed.
